Hi Terri,
This property has just started the foreclosure process. They are in default and the lender filed a lis pendens at town hall. The amount stated is how much they owe there lender. Its not avaliable for sale. When and if it comes avaliable, I will let you know, but it is in the early stages. Hope this answer helps. Wish I had better news!
