Is there anyway to see the inside of a house that's up for auction before the auction takes place?

An agent maybe able to contact the auction co. and get the lock box to give you access. Some auction companies set up House Sitters. These are agents that open the house for specific housrs prior to auction to allow access. The agent does not giv information on the property.

If there is anything I can assist in, Please feel free to contact me.

Scott is absolutely correct. Some houses are listed as Auctions by Realtors that will allow showings up until a predetermined amount of time before the auction. Is there a specific property in mind?

Some properties allow for pre-inspection, others do not. It all depends on the rules of the auction. Also that's sometimes why the prices are low, due to the risk involved.
