Oh yeh, and I forgot. In AL, HUD has a sales incentive - $100.00 down payment on HUD foreclosed properties (owner occupied only - no investment) if you use FHA financing (which is normally 3% down). Ask you Realtor for more information about the sales incentive and ask your local lender/ mortgage broker about the $100.00 down.
