Is there a way to find out which bank is involved in a foreclosed home?

Hello Jfort,
You can check at the town clerk's office at your local government or town center where all the property deed transaction information can be found. There you will find which bank owns the property as it's a matter of public record.

You can also use Foreclosure Radar and their free trial period to access the information yourself.

Title companies have the actual document showing the original loan, the notices of foreclosure. Call a local real estate agent and ask them for a referral to a title company
