It is listed on zillow.com as in foreclosure with the asking price at 294, 000. What is a good site to see foreclosures for free? Thank you.

I used to live there for 3 and 1/2 years, been out now for 4. It's a special piece of property, Tons of orbs! the view to die for! story was it was the accountant or something to John Wayne. It was a beast through was in horrible shape when I got it. I wish I could see pictures of it since I left.

Yes, it is a foreclosure- There was a home there that was torn down, and the owner ran out of money to rebuild and complete, then it was foreclosed upon. I believe all the buildings have since been removed- there was a "shell', a foundation, and an inground pool there (empty), but the bank had plans to remove these items, so they may be gone by now.
The website below contains a link to a real time portal for area foreclosures. It will have about 90% of the area foreclosures, but some of them are listed out of area, so they wont show up on this list. Enjoy!

You can pull the Notice of Trustees sale off the county website in the public record. Usually by the defaulting homeowners last name or by the legal description of the property. It takes a little bit to figure it out but it is easy enough to do. Then you can contact the Trustee listed on the Notice of Trustees sale and find out all sales info and auction date, location, time, starting bid and what you need to bid. Make sure you obtain lien position of the trustee so you do not buy a second lien which would wipe out when the first forecloses and you can end up with some smoking deals. Just realize REO, auctions and short sales are not foreclosures that are being auctioned on the courthouse steps by the trustee. I highly suggest atleast viewing the TSG report for the property to make sure their are not back taxes or alternate lien holders. This process sounds really tricky but is actually rather easy. As long as you do not let it intimidate you. Let me know if you would like further explanation.

Dear Natalia:
As far as I know, yes, 60 Bell Rock Trail in Coconino County is in foreclosure. There really aren't any sites where you can see Foreclosures for free. Usually, you can get them from a Title Company for Yavapai County. Receiving them from Coconino County is more difficult. Since these are "hot items" in the real estate market, you can pay to receive them, or, what about me sending you the latest updated REO properties in Sedona from our MLS?
Let me know. and Thank you for the question. Happy Buying!

Best,

Natalia,

Trulia unfortunately prohibits any of us from offering you other areas (our own search engines that list current properties) here because it looks like an attempt to solicit business instead of answer questions.

However, if you look closely you might find a link somewhere that you can open to log on to a brilliant MLS search engine that will filter foreclosures ;-)

Sincerely,

Stew Keene
