In addition to my original ? of owning a home with someone else since 92'. Yes, there is only one house, but

that is causing nothing but a headache now. Co-owner is walking in and out because his lawyer says he legally can, since he owns 25%. My Ch. 7 was discharged back in 02' and my credit has slowly been rebuilding since, but I am not financially responsible for this house. That is why I wondered what I could do with it. Not sure if I could even get a buyer with the liens and the condition, not terrible, but not great either after 17 years of 1 person trying to keep it up alone.

At some point, when you are ready maybe you can refinance, buy the owner out and make a few repairs so you can sell the home and be done with this situation. Call me when you are ready to sell or buy your new home (314) 223-4687.
