In Delaware, how long do you have to move out of your home after a sheriff sale?

Delaware has no 'right of redemption' so unless you're a renter, you would have to move immediately. Renters have rights different from homeowners. As always, consult an attorney for your specific situation.

Confer with an attorney, you should be provided instructions I CERTAINLY would not wait you could return home one day locks changed entire home is empty.

Once a foreclosure hits your credit report you could be paying double to triple in deposits
