FIRST ANSWER

It depends. Typically the tenants are notified of the auction and are given an eviction notice at that time. You can find the contact information and name of the bank’s attorney listed on the foreclosure complaint and on the lis pendens as well. Give them a call and see if the tenants have been notified and what the eviction date is.
