I called and talked to my bank (Suncoast School Fed. Credit Union) yesterday to try to get help from them again. Once again they were no help. They said i could try a short sale (if i sold for a cheaper price they will not forgive the remaining balance) or foreclose on the condo pretty much. They said even if they refinanced me it would only bring my payments down by about $30 (WOW). I called the HOPE hot line and I will be talking to them soon. Just in case they can't help me keep my home and I had to foreclose on it would I still have to pay the association fees on the condo. Or is it before the bank completely forecloses on the condo i should pay? I don't want the association coming after me too. Thanks again for the help, God bless.
Hi Christine,
Can you give us an update?
I hope everything is fine.
Sincerely,
Jes S
Hi Christine,
Yes your association can attach a lien which would have to be satisfied before any other obligations could be settled. Please let me know how I can continue to assit you in your crisis. My prayers are with you.

Christine, this is your fourth post about your issues, and I can see that you are under a lot of stress.
As I posted in my last answer, you need to contact an expert. In your last post you said "somebody please help".
Christine, I am trying to help, but I have no way to contact you.
Hi Christine,
I am not a Real Estate Attorney, so I cannot give you any advice. Although you can call this organization so they can negotiate with your Credit Union.

I wish you the best of luck
