If a home does not sell at a Trustee Sale auction, about how long does it take for the bank to come up with a
price and list it? We are interested in buying a house that auctioned yesterday. We want to make a deal with the bank after it didn't sale (the starting bid was WAY more than it is worth right now due to the old loan). How long do we have to wait to do this?
