Found your older post and looks like I was on the right track? Would you be comfortable talking with me over the phone? No pressure, just think we will be better able to identify concerns and options if we talk in person. Springboro has been hit even harder than many other areas since the growth rate there was so fast over the last few years...

I am seeing agents coming out of the woodwork saying they are short sale specialists yet have not really done any and have no real training... Send me an email with a good number for you if you are comfortable. Even if you want to do some more research and/or "talk" over email that is fine too. We can go at your pace.

Here are some suggestions for you in your research.
- google terms like "Dayton short sale expert" "Cincinnati short sale expert" etc... you will get an idea of who to talk with.
- Check out the training available at http://www.cdpe.com/find-cdpe-results.html and search Ohio
- If you would like I can send you some additional reports that I have published to help explain some of all this...

This came over as a new question but if I remember right you were moving out of state for a new job... right? If that is the case then all the talk you are hearing in the news really does not apply as it is to help keep you in the home... you are leaving, right? If I am remembering wrong please let me know. There a many rules and problems with the new programs and I will try to give you better info if I am remembering wrong...
