I saw on "Nightline" that there are some nice foreclosed single family houses in Florida for a low as $50,000.
In what area of Florida are these or other low priced ($50,000-90,0000) homes available?
They are talking about home sin sebastian and farther south.

Yes there are many foreclosed properties in Florida in this price range. In Orlando/Kissimmee area there are quite a few. However they tend to go rather quickly in this market. This market is unique and I would say it is an opportunists market. If you have the credit or cash you can make out quite well in todays market.
