Hi Mike, you should be able to get into your local MLS or find a Realtor that has a link to bank owned homes which might be a start, Use 'Bank owned' in the keyword search. You could start searching on Trulia!

I would start with real estate companies but I think you will find most agents handling foreclosures already have people they've worked with for years. It will probably hard to get them to switch. We have handle the Fannie Mae foreclosures in Pitt County for several years, but clean out is outsourced by Fannie Mae to a company headquartered out of state. Good luck if you decide to try it.
