Yea he goes to court on tue for this. ......My dh works for him and takes out rent $ from his pay......he thinks he still owns the house.... the bank offered us 1,000 to be out by may.....not happing....... thanks 4 the info

Please take the notice seriously, don't ignore it. Your landlord must not have been paying the rent to the lender & they are taking court action against him. I would start looking for a new home now, today! Do not send the landlord any more money!
