I live in PA but was a second mortage hold er on a house in Missouri. The houe went into default and was sold

Hi Kylesnana, I'm sorry for your situation.

I believe you should contact a real estate attorney in Missouri to find out what, if anything, can be done. Now that the house has sold, I don't know whether you have any recourse -- but if recourse exists, an attorney will be able to advise you.
