You will have to move out. Call whoever owns the house...the bank, and ask them to rent to you. I doubt that they will.

Good luck with everything! Sometimes one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing at the bank! Make sure you have copies of everything!

Thanks very much Glen. I'm, or rather was, the property owner. I just found out that I could file a Stay of Excution of the Eviction at the San Diego court. That's what I will do, because the mortgage compony didn't even bother to respond except for "we are sorry but we can't do nothing since the house is sold!" And it's the same compony that had my loan and bought the house back. Their lawer said they will just forward my request for a longer stay, and can't promise anything further. I think going to court and asking for the Stay is my best option.
I'll keep all who are interested posted on the outcome.

Wow. I'm sorry to hear that...

I would call a local real estate attorney immediately to see what your rights are. Whether you are the owner or a renter and the state you're in may have a lot to do with your options.

Good Luck!
