Well I'am looking to rent a two bedroom. You can contact me. I currently live with my sister, but my mom will be moving up here in July and we are looking. I do have a little dog that weighs 25 lbs.

The answer is it depends. If you have plans to let your rental property go into foreclosure I would suggest you reach out to a real estate attorney.
