What are the best ways to contact realtors and do you think local REO agents or national asset management companies are more beneficial for someone just starting out?
There is a free course on August 27. Here is the link http://www.foreclosure.com/education/whats_next/index.html
The web site Angie's List will reap you some rewards, it is in Charlotte. Also, try one of the email flier campaigns. Fast, effective and cheap. They have all the Realtor contacts for the area, you just pick the area...it'll cost you under $100. You will hit all agents, but what your company sounds like it is specializing in, is the one time clean up. A lot of vacant homes and relocation homes need that one time clean up. With that in mind, I would not focus just on the REO agents, I would broaden my approach to all agents and sell the "we clean your vacant homes" as the pitch. Bullet your ad with REO's, Foreclosures, Rentals, Relocations, Vacant...One time wonders. Good luck!

They have a Property Preservation contact list that is great. I would start with the national asset management companies as they have the work directly from the banks. Good luck
check out http://www.REO-Vendors.com it's a free directory for trash out companies, property preservation, locksmiths, repair constructions etc...
Good luck
Faithe,
Check out agentsonline.net/forums they have a section for REO Preservation companies.
Faithe,
I think that's wonderful. Entrepreneurs always find a niche in current markets. Way to go!
