foreclosed on in '06 and rehabed by an investor. In the foreclosure only the deed with the house on it conveyed. The other lot has the garage on it. Well anyway I have been maintaining the property since May '07 Tried contacting the owner to purchase with no luck...Now the property is up for tax sale Sept 25. Is there a way I can aquire the property without an auction since I have been maintaing the abandoned property and it conveys the same address as my deed. And it is adjacent to my back yard??
