I have just relocated to the Orlando area and am interested in looking at SFR properties including

foreclosures in the 32836 zip code area. Can a real estate professional familiar with handling these properties supply me with their e-mail,phone ect?

I specialize in this zip code and have worked exclusively in Dr. Phillips and SW Orlando real estate since 1997. Hey Jeff,
Be very careful when buying a foreclosure there are a lot of issues you can run into. Make sure your realtor has the background to specialize in this area and is not just "showing you houses".

I suggest you call 3 different brokerage companies and see exactly what they will do for you. Ask a lot of questions.

32836 is basically the Dr. Phillips area and south.

I am not in the Orlando area that much but you can go to my website to look for homes that are for sale in Orlando.
I totally agree with Lisa about looking for an agent that specializes in the zip code you are looking into.
www.ActiveRain.com is an excellent community of people from all over.

I know several agents who work in the Orlando area, but I'm not completely sure where the 32836 zip code is. My suggestion is to go tohttp:// www.ActiveRain.com and search by that zip code. Active Rain is a real estate blog network with over 70,000 members. I just did a quick check and found many agents in that area. If you read through their posts, you'll get a feel for their personalities and find what that you feel comfortable with. I hope this helps.
