I have invest 140 M.i would like to make an offer so i would keep it,but i don't have the ressorces as before,losst a lots in stock market..Do you think in short sale i can make an offer much below the market.It's a Penhouse and five years ago when i bout it the bank finance me for 400 M.interest only.Now they don't want to pay 250.M for it.If i keep it i have a chance,if the market ,get's back in a few years to get back my money
