Cheryl is right. You will need to get pre_approved with a mortgage lender before a Realtor will show you the property. Call me if you need a pre-approval.

Hi Tabby:

If it just foreclosed then the Bank may sit on it for a while before releasing it to the market.
Get in touch with a Title Company or an Agent and find out who is the Bank.

Then call the Asset Manager on the property and go from there.

Goodluck.

Find a real estate agent to represent you as the buyer. You will be better off than going directly to the listing agent. If you go directly to the listing agent, they can't represent you fully, they have to offer you limited representation.

If your not paying cash, you will need to get pre-approved for a loan prior to submitting any offer.

First, get preapproved with a mortgage company. Then call an agent to represent you and help you through the process. Is the home listed for sale?
