I found a home in Haleyville, Alabama that has been foreclosed. How do I find out who owns it?

How do I find the bank or institute that owns a home property? I would like to cut through all of the 'red tape' and pay cash for the home, but I want to deal with the bank.

Mary,

If the property has been foreclosed and is now in the possession of the bank it may be or soon will be listed on the local MLS. Banks do not deal directly with the buyer in these transaction but contract the services of a realtor to accomplish this.

Our recommendation is to find a local real estate professional that is willing to notify you as soon as it is posted on the MLS.
