There is no price. The trulia "listing" (it's not really a listing) just gives you info on the fact that - it's now bank owned. They don't give the building address. Now that it's bank owned they will hire a realtor to list the property for sale. This process can be as quick as a few weeks or take many many months. At that time you'll have the chance to view and offer on the "official listing". At this point you must investigate on your own for the property address. Go to the block, get the address on the few buildings in the picture then go to the Cook county assessor site, http://www.cookcountyassessor.com/,
do a property search to find the PIN (Permanent real estate Index Number, PIN) . Cook county online is great for investigating property. Once you have the PINs for the building go to the recorder of deeds site and find the unit in foreclosure (to be certain you have the right building). Their site is ccrd.info. Then have a realtor set you up on a auto scan and send for that address. If you're totally confused, give me a call and I'll walk you through the process. Jim 630-452-7857.
