I am tenant. Posted paper says share sell on dec. 9. Landlord says she intends to pay monies due. what do?

Landlord says house is not in foreclosure. Posted note says property to be share sell on Dec 9th. Landlord claims she has the money and is going to pay what is due and i shouldn't worry. What do I do to protect myself. I don't want to pay her rent if she is losing the property. If i am living here can the house be deemed abandoned thus changing redemption time from 6 months to 30 days?
