I am looking for true free information package on Buying Foreclosed and Pre-Foreclosed properties in Arizona.

I have discussed the process with my clients many times. I want a resource to point them to so that I can make sure they are getting the best information possible.

So-called free information sites are not free and are too vague. I just need an educational tool to either send or link to. No strings attached.

Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad:

If I understand you correct you want a great tool for your clients that they can use themselves, no strings attached, have the best information possible and be FREE. Sorry, but most great educational data costs.

However, you might want to check with Countywide, they have helped me.

I haven't been able to find anything that was any good for free. Public notice of a trustee sale is through our legal notice paper here in Tucson, The Daily Territorial, and you can get them for free every day athttp:// www.azbiz.com. Those are just the notices, of course, and will tell your clients nothing about the process of buying one. I'd be interested if anyone had any resources as well!
