In any given zip code there can be million dollar properites across the street from condos, next to single family homes with a high foreclosure rate. if you want the Real deal you need to call and talk with a 'Realtor' that knows how to get this accurate information for you. I can do this for you, but not all agents know their resources well enough to help you.
