Lemmonlime,

We have experience with REO transactions. As you probably already know, the Fort Lauderdale housing market has already rebounded in many areas, yielding a shortage of homes for sale. Today, it's not uncommon to see multiple offers on a single home, especially foreclosures, that's why you need an experienced agent.

Here's a list of foreclosures in Fort Lauderdale that were listed in the last 7 days: http://luxurylivingfortlauderdale.com/homes-for-sale-toppick…

be reached at customerservice@reoprep.com attn: M.Johnson
reo prep assigns listings from most of the major financial
institutions. They have a buyer service that hooks you up with
a foreclosure agent directly. Its a free service if I remember correctly.

Hi Lemmonline,

All REALTORS in your area have access to REO properties whom ever you pick just ask them to search only REO properties if you are in the Market to buy. If you are looking to extend your services to REO Agents; you can find them on REALTOR.com as the listing agent of an reo property to tackle it from that angle. "It's a Good Life, Good Luck!"
