As Gina and Matt have already said, you won't find a home in that price range. A mobile home is entirely possible but you'll need to make sure you're factoring in the space rent. Let me know if you'd like me to email you some mobile homes to consider. There are some condo complexes in the surrounding cities in your price range. I could you some of those as well.

I have been an agent in Glendora for many years. Unfortunately Glendora home prices haven't reached the 200K or less range. There are townhomes, in south Glendora in the low $200's, not too many mobile home sales unless you are 55 and over. How about San Dimas, La Verne, Covina or any of the other neighboring cities?
