Please contact us at Real Estate Central, we can help you find that home. We have homes that fit that criteria and if they are not we can help you find one that does.
If you are currently not working with an agent, please contact us via e-mail or phone.
Hi Marydianne,
Contact a local agent who actively works with buyers. A good buyer's agent will interview you about your qualifications as well as the particulars that you are looking to find in a home for you and your family. If they don't ask you a bunch of questions, they aren't really looking to help you out by matching you with the right home.
By the way, you are searching in my area, and I have helped many buyers with finding and closing on bank owned homes. It would be my pleasure in assisting you too. Let me know if I can help.

I suggest searching right here on Trulia for an agent that works in that area or better yet check out Activerain.com to find agents that work in this area. Read their blogs, the questions they have answered on websites such as this one and others. Then call them and do a phone interview to determine which one you want to ask to be your Buyers Agent and assist you in getting up to date information regarding foreclosed properties in the area you are looking at.
