of the neighborhood and with the market right now what do you think is a reasonable price. We already have a price with the seller but I want to know what others think?

Hello Sandy Creek condo buyer...

Looking at the MLS, the most recent sold property in the Sandy Creek condo development is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit that closed in June, 2009 for $95,000. There is a 2 bedroom offered for $124,900 that has been on/off the market since 4/2008 with a total marketing time of 359 days.
You don't mention the price you are considering, but in today's market, an informed buyer will get the best value. You are wise to do your research on the internet and to tap into the resources here on Trulia.
If you are purchasing a "By Owner" property, be sure to look into what else you can get for your money.

You can search the MLS from my website at http://www.FoxValleyResidential.com or contact me and I will email you some additional listings in that same area & price range.

Happy house hunting!

Hello,

You need a real estate consultant to assist you with the purchase of real estate. Real estate transactions can be complicated. You should have an agent who has access to real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors etc.

Have a great day

Hello,

You should have your agent do a CMA of comparable properties in the area to make sure that you get a fair price.

Have a Great Evening!
