Hi Drucker - What an interesting question. Who are you asking, or is this a rhetorical question? Where are you looking? Are you interested in buying a home in KC or elsewhere?
If you are wondering if dealing directly with the listing agent is a good strategy, I'd say yes if you plan to make a full price non-contingency offer. If you are fishing for a listing agent willing to betray his seller, then good luck with that. Take care, Roland Sun May 11 2008, 22:53
