Do some research on the industry -- which falls under foreclosure cleanup businesses and property preservation companies. Plan to niche your services (see article below that will guide you) and start your business. Real estate services businesses (which is what your business will be) are evergreen -- as long as real estate is being bought and sold. Strategically position your business to grab the foreclosure cleanup market in existence now, but structure your business to be around well beyond the foreclosure crisis and you'll have a profitable enterprise for years to come. Good luck to you.

There are alot of property preservation companies in Lee County currently but still press ahead and attend alot of networking events. there are a few Realtors that are working with the Banks that may need a fresh outlook on things. If you are looking for another avenue you may want to consider Home Watch services to add to your portfolio. Good Luck...

The market is fairly saturated with property preservation companies locally. As far as managing foreclosed homes, most banks are deferring to licensed real estate brokers for legal and liability reasons. You might try getting in touch with a few companies in the area for some advice.

Best of luck on your endeavors!
