I would be glad to help you find a great deal on a home in the Plano/Frisco area. The last deal I closed was a HUD property my client got for $60K less than appraisal. He only found this property because I work with a proven system that accurately predicts the lowest bid possible for a HUD home. Additionally, I sell many bank foreclosures. Please give me a call so we can start looking.

Hi again Mathew,
What's of particular interest in the foreclosure homes to you? Is it the perceived value of these homes? Do you want a fixer upper? Do you want to rehab a property? Whatever it is, we can certainly help you find whatever it is you're looking for in this area. We lived, work and play in this area all the time and are helping another family find a home in the Frisco area now. You're smart to start the process now as it can take a longer time to close on some of these REO homes than others. If you'll take a look at the link below, it'll keep you updated daily on the new listings, price decreases, and foreclosures in the areas in which you're interested. How else can we be of service? Thanks so much, Terri Hayley Fri May 16 2008, 01:24 Web Reference: http://www.hayleynewhomes.com/Powerpage.html

Mathew,
You have plenty of time to find the right home. It usually takes a little longer to find a foreclosure that will work because so many of them are in need of rehab and are in poor condition. So it may depend on how much of this you are willing to take on and also if the property will have enough value before rehab for a mortgage. Lots of different issues involved in foreclosures as opposed to an individual homeowner selling their home. I did a quick search of the Plano and Frisco areas and found about 150 foreclosures priced from $80,000 to $1M+. I chose 10 properties priced under $210,000 just to give you a perspective on what is in the market. Click the link below or copy/paste it into your browser... http://ntreislistings.marketlinx.com/SearchDetail/Scripts/Pr It will be a good idea to start looking at properties now...the more you look at, the better educated and prepared you can be when it is time to take the next step. Again, thanks for being a Trulia Voice and I am happy to help you in any way that I can. Before a bank will accept an offer for one of their REO homes you will need to have a pre-qualifying letter from a lender to accompany an offer.
I was speaking with a Country-Wide Rep today, and they actually require you to get approved from them prior as well. Is there any particular reason you are looking for a foreclosure? Wed May 14 2008, 20:11 Web Reference: http://www.bigdrelo.com

It is good that you have some time before you want to move-sometimes it can take a bit longer than usual to close these properties. I also have some that I can send you. I would like to discuss specific needs and wants so that you get "good ones" and won't have to sort through the chaff. If you like I can help you get to the cream, as I also do loss mitigation for homeowners and have seen a few lately that might be of interest depending on your needs of course.
