I looked up this home on the MLS it was listed as of the 4/2/08 for 525,000. It is no longer on the market or in Foreclosure according to the listing agent.

oh ok well if someone would be willing to look up information on it for me that would be great, it is 23466 Guinness Place NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370. Yes I do know the risks but this house is in a great neighbor hood and I am not really sure what the back taxes are? I just know that it is at $33,098 for auction but I am not sure where or what the min bid is going to be and how they determin that or if it would be better to try to contact the lender but I not sure where to find his number , please help I am still not sure about anything i will have cash in hand that day but i would like to have aneye opener before I get there please. And I am not sure who the auction company is.

The first and best way is to call the auction company or, better still, visit their website for more information. You may also ask a local real estate agent. He or she can look up information through thier local Multiple Listing Service and give you more details about the property. Another way is to go to the county recorder's website where the property is located and look up the property. As a last resort, drive by the property and view it from the outside. Most auction companies won't allow you to view the property on the inside before the auction, but it doesn't hurt to ask them.

Is the home you want to purchase going on the auction block at the kitsap county court house? My understanding of this process is that you need to have your cash in hand to give the county that same day. This does not mean you can't get a mortgage on it be the county needs to be paid first and then you finance it later. Are you aware of the risk involved in buying a foreclosed property? Being responsible for all lienable utilities and any back taxes. Also check with the department of health or the sheriff office to see if the home was ever used as a drug manufacturing site. Hope this helps.
