I am interested in a property owned by DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST which has been vacant for about a year now yet it is not listed. What is the best way to find/contact DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST about the property?

The best place to start is to find a foreclosure or short sale specialist to find info on it and submit a bid!
FIRST, MAKE SURE HE BANK HAS FINALIZE THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS-THEN CONTACT THE BANK DIRECTLY-YOU MAY GET A GOOD DEAL.

I've had dealings with this bank, so be sure you get a good real estate attorney. They generally do very little to provide clear title, and require many addenda that give you few rights. Get an attorney after you've gotten the go ahead from the bank to submit an offer.

Thank you for providing additional information and location of the house. The posted your question in East Hanover, NJ and I have had some prior interaction with a few homes which the bank has most likely now taken back ownership of and I thought you may have been referring to one of them but since the house in your question is in Rhode Island, I obviously have no knowledge of the property.
You can try contacting the bank directly as I have heard rumors that Deustche will sell to a buyer directly but I am not positive.

I was able to find the bank name from the tax assessor info from the town.
The address is 86 Lancashire St Providence RI 02908

I am not sure how you know about the bank owning the property but if it is through someone in the bank why don't you ask someone to ask the REO department why this home not listed or offer to buy it directly. I think the direct approach is the best one.

Your best course of action may be to contact a local real estate professional to see if it is listed on the MLS. Local agents often keep an eye on property such as this, waiting for the bank to list it. It's possible that they might have some helpful information eventhough it's not listed.
It's very possible that the bank has not completely processed the property to the point of being able to post it "for sale." A realtor will be able to monitor the situation and notify you as soon as it becomes available.

Obviously banks do not want to be homeowners but I do know that it takes some banks longer than others to actually put the home on the market. The delay can be several different reasons. What is the address of the home?
