I am trying to find out if the property I am currently renting is in forclosure. I cannot get a straight answer from the owner and I am afraid my family wont have enough time to prepare to move if need be.

You can find out some information from the Riverside County Tax Assessor's office: http://www.treasurer-tax.co.riverside.ca.us/ Documents that have been filed with the County are public record. If you have any trouble call me for assistance.

Hi,

You may receive a letter in the mail from the bank with their terms. If you have not I would not worry too much. You will be given time to find a suitable place and even some money for your troubles(called cash for keys). Make sure you make your payment on time. You need to be in good standing with terms or your contract.

Good luck,
