I know you have already turned to the internet. Which is a great source for information and knowledge. However, the internet is not always up to the minute correct. Which is why you need a Realtor. We have the skills and the tools to find out the information for you that is both correct and current. With the market really starting to move now, especially on distressed properties like foreclosures and bank owned homes you need to find those homes that are available and be ready to jump on the deal before someone else looking to do the same thing! Give me a call NOW for an up to date list of bank owned/REO properties!

Right here on Trulia you can search for homes yourself, just look for the words "Short Sale" "subject to 3rd party approval" "corporate owned" or "bank owned" in the descriptions.

However it could be much more efficient to enlist the help of a Realtor.....of course I'd say that ;)

But in reality I can narrow down all homes for sale in some stage of foreclosure in a few seconds with the tools I have. I have to ask of course, Why ONLY foreclosure homes? Certainly a higher percentage of homes in foreclosure are good deals, and I reccomend them to many bargain hunters, but there are also many out there that are not foreclosures.
