I would advise you to find a real estate attorney to set you up as an LLC. If you plan on selling more than 5 properties a year, and do owner finance, you must take a state-mandated course on mortgages.
You would probably want to talk to some other people doing things like that. I am not sure offhand. There are plenty of staging companies that I have worked with that use home managers on vacant properties. I am not sure if they work with any lenders directly or not although they do market to them.
