Below are some free links I have found. I hope they help you.
You can also ask a realtor for help finding foreclosures.

http://www.freeforeclosuredatabase.com/ It has some free listings, but very annoying as it seems to not list lot sizes.
http://www.reosource.com/ similar to above.
http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp
http://www.biggerpockets.com/bank-reo.html

Homes for Sale by the U. S. Governmenthttp://homepath.foreclosure.com/ http://www2.fdic.gov/DRRORE/
http://www.homesteps.com/hm01_1featuresearch.htm
http://www.ustreas.gov/auctions/irs/
http://www.homesales.gov/homesales/mainAction.do

By the time you have looked at and through those sites above you will be frustrated and see how some sites are better than others. You can also just look at normal realtor websites. I think most reo's will be listed on them and places like http://www.realtor.com
