If the condo was included in the BK discharge it would seem to me that you would no longer be liable for any HOA debit. The HOA can however start the Foreclosure procedure at anytime.
Condo associations can FC on you relatively quickly, however how soon they do is not anything we can answer, it depends on their motivation. Have you talked to them about a payment plan? I do know a few people who specialize in working with distressed homeowners.

I'm sorry for the situation you currently find yourself in. Unfortunately, condo associations can foreclose faster than banks in my experience. Like others have mentioned I would definitely go back to your BK attorney if available to ask for best advice. In working in short sales where folks have become very late on their hoa/condo fees, what we see a lot is if you are behind say $5k in association fees, by the time they hire attorneys and go after you usually the bill then doubles. This should definitely be a priority #1 for you to see if you can come up w/ a viable solution. Please don't bury your head in the sand on this!
