the mail i get with warnings.. I am and have been the primary resident in my own condo for a long time. Now i need to rent
it out because i have no other income to support it except for peanut unemployment money which pays
for my food and medical insurance and food and gas.
As soon as i get a tenant i will pay a month to the mortgage company. The problem is that the people
who answer the phone at the lender are uneducated and complete idiots. Even when i ask a
supervisor, i think it's still the same operator people.
They told me on the phone yesterday that they are trying to modify my mortgage. Last week they
told me my modification has been denied, same as the month before.
There is not one normal person that can help me out. I tell them they should not work for chase
if they lie on the phone to me and cannot keep track of the info between us.
Anyways, I am 3 month behind with mortgage hoa and special assessments.
So when will i get "served" or do i have some time?
Given the situation you describe, it is highly unlikely that you will find a tenant. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Generally speaking lenders will wait 90 days then after about after105 days they send you a "Lis Pendance" Which is the formal foreclosure notice.
So I would think that anytime now you should get the notice. You then have to respond to the lender with a letter of Hardship. I would speak with a Short sale Specialist in your area for more information.
