Banks are beginning to get a little tighter on the amount they are wiling to accept. You can still get a fabulous deal, however. In addition, Homepath has an excellent program on Fannie Mae (FNMA) owned properties. You can get up to 97% financing with no PMI and no apraisal. I am utilizing this program for my investors and it has become quite popular! If you're interested in investing in the Myrtle Beach SC or central NC area, please let me know.
