In case you did not find the tax deals to be your fancy, check out http://www.wheresthebottom.com. We are launching a problem property, motivated seller web site for buyers to find tax, foreclosure, distress and just plain must sell now deals. Most are deeply discounted and NONE are overpriced. Try it out. We just posted one in Linoln City for a builder that got most of the way done. If you know of sellers that are in distress, have them check us out. If you know of buyers looking for the best deals, bring it.
contact the local county tax office could be posted to their website. http://www.lynn911.com
I dont think you will find any to be honest. That is a good county and I really do not see anybody loosing a home to the County on a Tax Foreclosure. That would be rare Cassie.
There are lots of good deals out there. Get a good agent and find one!

Dirk
Here's the link for Lincoln County. In general (for anyone else reading this), your local city or county tax department is usually the answer. I always Google "XX County Tax Assessor" and, 9 times out of 10, that's the right office.

you can call Lincoln County - the tax assessment division. Sounds like you've been reading a get rich quick book - get an attorney to guide you through the process.
