Good questions to ask before buying. Always be informed before making a large purchase.

Check with the County to see if the property is located in a flood zone. Depending on which County, it may even be online. Maps are produced by FEMA so it is a matter of public record. DO NOT just take someone's word for it.

Yes, a mobile home does depreciate similar to an auto.
