If you are a serious buyer, you should not rely on Email or those 'contact' links.
A serious buyer will pick up the phone and call the agent of their choice.
Those wanting to remain anonymous, who are not serious, will use other methods.
There are many agents who NEVER look at what comes from Trulia. Others will report the messages are not delivered or not forwarded. What ever the reason, if you are serious and need information before someone else buys the house, you should call.
If an agent does not exhibit their telephone number, you should move on to the next agent.
