Foreclosure realtors give out the work.
They pay up to $2,500 per clean-out, using $1 per sq ft.
I have list of them with their foreclosure listings on my site.
Call them and ask for the work.

Take a look at a couple of websites to see if they have links for you to become an "approved" vendor. Here are a few: http://www.homepath.com (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac foreclosures); http://www.hudhomestore.com (HUD foreclosures). A private foreclosure system that manages bank owned foreclosures is: https://www.equator.com/home

Basically - when a house is foreclosed a lender will hire a 3rd party conctractor to secure the property, post notices if any personal property is left in the home, after a 30 day period the personal property is removed from the house the same service will "broom" clean the home to prepare it for sale. A realtor is hired to give a broker price opinion to the bank, and a series of inspections take place in order to get the home ready to list.

You may need to obtain insurance or a bond to perform these duties.

Best of luck - this is a growing need since foreclosures are on the rise - nationwide.

Talk with agents that list foreclosed homes.
