Government tax foreclosures will be listed On the Hamilton County's sheriff property sales. Go to the sheriff's website and look for a link that says property sale. The tax foreclosures are the ones listed with your county auditor as the plaintiff all others or from mortgage companies. Or copy and paste this link http://www.hcso.org/PublicServices/ExecutionSales/ExecProper…

Given the fact that most foreclosure homes are vacant many lenders do not want to advertise to the public that their homes are vanant. If they did, any thief looking for an easy theft would step right up. Let me know what are you are considering and I can get it to you as it comes avaliable for sale, because I can see that the seller is a lender or private owner. In many or most cases the lender purchases the forclosed home at the sheriff sale and then puts it up for sale thru a Realtor on the MLS.

Go to http://www.HUD.gov and look for foreclosures in your state and city. You will have to have a real estate agent place your offer online. You can also go to my website, I have a list of websites for you to search HUD homes, FHA and VA homes.

I would look at RealtyTrac.com. they seem to have it all separated by REO homes, pre-foreclosure homes, FSBO homes, etc. It is a monthly service you can join that is fairly comprehensive to what you are looking for. Also, look at the local county website to find auctioned properties for tax auction.

Is there a reason why you are looking for tax auction properties only? There are several other types of homes available to pick up a "good deal" on with a lot less hassle, if this is, in fact, what you are looking for.

Feel free to contact us if you need help, we do work your area.
