How do I track down the lending institution which foreclosed on a neighbors property?
I can sell my big old house and possibly have 40-60K in the hand to purchase a foreclosed property in my town.

I heard the owner knew he was going to lose it - rung an equity loan of over 150K out of the property - bought a condo down south and just walked away from this property here in Henderson......
