How do I go about finding who owns an empty house?
How do I go about finding who owns an empty house if I have the address? I was told that it was foreclosed on by a neighbor? I have looked under foreclosed properties but its not listed.

There are several ideas that come to mind beginning with knocking on neighbor's doors or referring to the county tax records for the information.
